What does TripSplit do?
TripSplit keeps track of who paid for what on a group trip or event, and works out the simplest way for everyone to settle up. You add expenses; we do the maths.
Does TripSplit handle the actual payments?
No. TripSplit is a calculator, not a bank or payment service. It tells you who owes who and how much. You and your group then settle up however you normally would.
Can I use it abroad / in different currencies?
Yes. You can log expenses in different currencies and TripSplit keeps the running totals straight.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. See our Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions and what happens to your data.
How do you handle my personal data?
We collect the minimum needed to run the app, we never sell it, and we host everything in the UK and EU. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
